Launch Tube Installation

Site Preparation

Choose level ground, clear of vegetation and obstacles. Ensure minimum 150ft spectator distance.

Base Installation

Secure launch rack to ground using provided stakes or sandbags. Ensure stability.

Tube Placement

Insert tubes into rack, ensuring proper angle (typically 75-85 degrees). Check for secure fit.

Ignition System Setup

Electronic Ignition Systems

  • • Connect firing box to power source (battery recommended)
  • • Run firing wire to each launch position
  • • Test continuity of all circuits before loading
  • • Keep firing box at safe distance (minimum 50ft)

Manual Ignition

  • • Use only approved ignition devices (road flares, punk sticks)
  • • Light ignition source before approaching launch area
  • • Maintain safe distance and retreat path
  • • Never lean over tubes when igniting
